Terms and Conditions

These terms cover buying from fadedfruit.com. They are deliberately plain. Placing an order means you accept them, so it is worth two minutes now rather than an argument later.

Who you are dealing with
Faded Fruits operates the shop at fadedfruit.com, selling cannabis infused gummies and edibles. Our operating base is California, United States. Contact is Sales@fadedfruit.com or +1 (720) 288 0492.
Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to browse, order or receive products from this site. The age check on entry is not decoration. Ordering on behalf of someone under 21 is not permitted, and we will cancel any order we believe breaches this.
Keep everything you buy sealed and out of reach of children and pets. Cannabis gummies look like ordinary sweets, which is exactly why accidental consumption by children is a documented and serious risk.
Your local law is your responsibility
Cannabis law varies between countries, and within the United States it varies sharply between states. Before ordering, you confirm that possessing and receiving these products is lawful at your delivery address.
We cannot advise on the law where you live and nothing on this site is legal advice. Our overview of THC gummy legality is general background only. For the federal position on cannabis derived products, the FDA publishes its own summary.
Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it and dispatch the goods, not at the moment the payment screen completes. We may decline an order, and will refund it in full if we do. Reasons include stock we cannot fulfil, an address we cannot ship to, a pricing error, or a reasonable belief the order breaches these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page and in the price list. Delivery is included, so the basket total is the amount payable. Payment is taken at checkout by the methods offered there.
We try hard to keep prices accurate. If a genuine pricing error appears, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We will not quietly charge you a different amount than the one you agreed.
Product information and potency
The milligram figure printed on a pouch is the potency stated by the manufacturer. We publish it so you can compare strengths across the range. We do not present it as an independently verified laboratory measurement, and you should not treat it as one.
Strain names such as indica, sativa and hybrid describe the flavour profile and the intended time of day. They are not a guarantee of a particular effect. Effects from edibles depend far more on dose, on what you have eaten and on your own metabolism.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product here is offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a qualified professional before using cannabis products.
Delivery
Delivery terms, packaging and tracking are set out on the shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Where an address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel is lost as a result, we cannot be responsible for it.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel before dispatch by emailing us with your order number. After dispatch, what we can accept back is limited by food safety, and the detail is on the refunds and returns page. In short: wrong, damaged, unsealed or short deliveries are our problem and we fix them. Opened consumables cannot be returned.
Acceptable use
Do not resell our products as your own manufacture, misrepresent their potency, or supply them to anyone under 21. Do not scrape, copy or republish the content on this site. Product photography, written guides and page copy here are ours.
Wholesale and bulk buyers are welcome and are covered by the same rules. If you are buying to resell, get in touch and we will deal with you directly rather than through the standard basket.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and for the commitments made on this page. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from misuse, from ignoring the dosing guidance published on every product page, or from consumption by someone the product was not sold to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the shop changes. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced privately.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to Sales@fadedfruit.com. Order questions are usually quicker through the contact page. How we handle your data is set out separately in the privacy policy.
These terms and conditions in one paragraph
You must be 21 or over. You are responsible for whether the product is lawful where you live, because that varies by state and we cannot advise you on it. The number on the pouch is the total across the bag, not one gummy. Delivery is free. Sealed goods can be returned in the cases set out above, opened ones cannot. We answer questions on working days and we will never ask for card details by email or phone.
Why your local law is genuinely your responsibility
This clause carries more weight in 2026 than it did a year ago, so it deserves expanding rather than leaving as boilerplate.
State rules on hemp derived products have diverged sharply. Some states set no milligram limit, some cap servings and containers, and some have moved the category into licensed dispensaries entirely. A product that is an ordinary consumer good in one state is treated as marijuana in another, and the rules changed several times during 2026.
On top of that, the federal definition of hemp has been rewritten. Section 781 of the appropriations act signed in November 2025 replaces the delta 9 percentage test with a total THC test and caps finished products at 0.4mg of total THC per container, taking effect on 11 December 2026 for naturally occurring cannabinoids. You can read the text at congress.gov.
We maintain a state by state guide as a courtesy and we decline orders into jurisdictions where we know the product is prohibited. That guide is not legal advice, it is a summary with a date on it, and the responsibility for knowing your own position remains yours. If you are unsure, check your state agency or ask a local attorney before ordering.
